Mr. Ramsden joined Five Mile in June of 2008. Prior to Five Mile, Mr. Ramsden invested and managed Florida real estate properties as well as his equity portfolio. From 1990 to 2000, he traded residuals, derivatives and distressed mortgage securities for Kidder Peabody and its successor, Paine Webber, as a Managing Director. He spent two years at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in the residential mortgage department working on both new issue and secondary trading of structured residential securities. Prior to that Mr. Ramsden was a Senior Consultant and CPA with Deloitte & Touche working in the Collateralized Mortgage Obligations Group. He holds a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS in Accounting from Miami University (Ohio).
