Mr. Neroslavsky joined Five Mile in July 2008. Prior to joining Five Mile, for eight years he analyzed distressed whole loans, and also CMO tax obligations, as a Director of Mortgage Trading at UBS. For the preceding six years he was a Senior Vice President at PaineWebber where he handled tax calculations for CMO. For four preceding years Mr. Neroslavsky, as an Assistant Vice President, worked for Kidder Peabody on pricing models for MBS and derivatives. He holds a PhD in Mathematics (in Russian format) from Polytechnic Institute of Belarus and a BS in Mathematics from University of Belarus.
